- If you’re unhappy with your purchase due to confusion over images, sizing, or color, you are welcome to return the item or request an exchange (for a different size, color, or style) — or simply request a refund.
- However, due to health and hygiene reasons, used duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, or toiletries cannot be refunded or exchanged unless found faulty.
- Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Online orders only – items purchased from our physical outlets cannot be returned via the website.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- As soon as we receive your returned item, we will promptly dispatch the replacement or process your refund.
